Swimrun - training group
Training group is meant for people who is able to run 10km and swim 600 meters in open water. You can be a beginner or top athlete who wants to be part of the group training and get to know other swimrunners. We will train together once a week doing a specific swimrun training. You also get tips for the strength and mobility training. Mostly we will be training in Nuuksio National Park and other area close by.
