Training Group 1 is intended for people who are able to run 10 km and swim 500 meters in open water. The group is suitable
for those who already have some experience in the sport.
In addition to sport-specific training sessions, the group also practices different themed exercises, such as using a tow rope and water entry techniques. These sessions are conducted at a faster pace, and the route lengths vary. Training locations are diverse: some take place in freshwater environments and others in the sea. We will meet together at least 10 times during the summer.
Wednesday 3.6. - 1.7.2026 start at 18.30
Training Group 2 is intended for people who are able to run 5 km and swim 200 meters in open water. The group is well suited for beginners as well as for those who already have some experience in the sport.
The training sessions also cover equipment, safety, and sport-specific exercises. The pace in these sessions is calm, and the route lengths are moderate. The continuation of training later in the summer will be decided during the season. Training sessions take place in Nuuksio National Park and nearby outdoor recreation areas.
